FlashHarvester is your one-stop center for searching and downloading Flash Videos from the Internet. This Windows Mobile App searches various online flash video hosting sites (i.e., YouTube, GoogleVideo, ec.) for videos and automatically downloads them to your Mobile device.

Software Highlights

• 	Search by either: All Words, Any Words, or Exact Phrase.
  	Control over the total number of results to return.
  	Automatic save and editing of all search queries and their corresponding result sets.
  	3 Levels of Search Resolution: Links Only. Video Preview with user specified preview time. Full Video download.

• Enter the words of your search query.
• Select the type of search you want to conduct (i.e., all words, any words, or exact phrase).
• Set the maximum number of search results you want the tool to retrieve.
• Specify the search resolution (only search for links to videos, download a preview, or download the full movie).
• Optional: If you want to download a preview, then specify how long the preview should be (in seconds).
• Press the Search button. That's it! If you want, you can add more search queries.

• In the Search dialog window select the search query you want to view results for.
• From the main menu select the Results menu item. The Results dialog will pop up.
• Locate a video from the list box and select it.
• Title, Description, and Length (length of full video in seconds) fields will be populated.
• You can change the results by choosing either the Links (only show links to videos), Preview (show all available video previews), or Full (show all completely downloaded videos) radio buttons.
• To play back a movie, double tap on the selected video in the list box. Make sure you have a flash video player (FLV player) installed and the player has the proper file association set.

To clamp down on excessive downloads, you should consider initially posting a search query with the Links only search option. Once the tool has retrieved a sufficient number of links to videos, you can peruse these at your own convenience. Delete those video results that appear of limited value to you. Next, resubmit the query, this time opting to download previews of movies. Once enough previews have been downloaded, evaluate these and delete those you deem inappropriate. Finally, resubmit your original query, this time requesting full video download.

Demo Restriction

The Demo version of FlashHarvester restricts the size of a downloaded flash video to about 30 seconds. In the full version, this restriction is lifted.
